2.  Why are your prices so high when others charge a good deal less with the same or better quality design? How do they justify the price?  I would love to know.  If you could pick up the same product at two different stores and one goes for $1,000 and the other for $500 which one will you purchase?  I hope I know the answer.

3.  Why do you charge a hosting fee in the first year in the Adult Turnkey Business when others don’t charge this? This is always interesting because the answers have never in my 15 years in this business made sense.  Most adult website designers will try and claim they are charging you a fee to update content but what they don’t tell you is that the majority of their content is from feeds that are not updated by them at all.  Anything over $15.00 per month for hosting is almost always a ripoff unless you own a tube site.

4.  What is my total cost in the 2nd year in the Turnkey Adult Business? If the answer is anything more than $10 for renewal of domain name and $15.00 a month for hosting something is wrong.  So realistically $190.00 would be the maximum anyone should be able to justify.  If they want more than this RUN LIKE HELL!!  Please Note:  Find this out ahead of time so you don’t find yourself in the awkward position of having to try and work with the thief that is trying to charge you the money.

5.  Do you perform hands on SEO Marketing for me for FREE? If not, why not? 6.  Do you have a Money Back Guarantee on Adult Turnkey Website Design? Why not?  If the website design company claims to back up their design work than why don’t they do just that and back it up with your money?  This always amazes me.  If someone says there is a money back guarantee on design work make sure the contract states just that.  Don’t be a fool and trust someone without the promise being in writing.

7.  Are you members of all the watchdog agencies for this business such as scam, ripoffreport, ftc, complaintsboard? If not, why not?  Type in the business name on google with the word scam or complaint after it.  Or type in the owner of the companies name and the word scam or complaints after it.  For example:  Lipshitz scam or Ebony Design scam.  Dig down at least 3 pages of the results for some of these snakes are pretty good at hiding the negative comments about their companies.

8.  If I choose to have another hosting company host my turnkey site does my content on the members section of my site transfer to the new hosting company or am I stuck with you if I want to keep my content?  If they tell you that you can transfer the content to any host get it in writing on the contract or it is not worth a thing.  In court they will say they never said that.  At the very least ask this question on email so they will answer on email and you can print this out.  If they refuse to answer this on email or on paper Run Like Hell!!!

9.  Do I have to pay the billing company or is the billing processed for FREE? Many times you do have to pay and you need this on your contract.  Make sure it is or don’t sign.  Setting up billing and paying a percentage of each signup can be expensive.  Don’t kid yourself and don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise.  Usually with third party billers 14% of revenue plus upfront annual money for the rights to bill.  It adds up fast.  With a good adult turnkey business you have no billing expenses at all.

10.  Can I visit you in your office or at least meet you in the town that your business is in? If the owner of the business who throws his name around all day won’t meet you at least in the community he claims to be located in Run Like Hell!!  Scam!!!

11.  Do you have a vested interest in me making money? If so, do you make more money by assisting me make money? How? If the adult turnkey design company does not have a vested interest or in other words a financial interest in you making money in the long-run why purchase a site from them?  I wouldn’t.  Why would you?  The web design company should only make more money off of you if you are making more money.  If this doesn’t sound right to you we need to talk because you are not getting it.
