Don’t go just by the first page of results for the owners of the site may have manipulated these to his or her benefit.
8. Watch BBB results for even though someone has a good rating it doesn’t mean they have resolved disputes amicably. One has 13 complaints and has only resolved 4 of them amicably. In our opinion that is a horrible record but yet they have an A rating with the bbb. Go Figure!!
9. Also with the BBB watch out for companies that don’t report all their domain names meaning the different domains they use for their business to the BBB. For example. We have 5 domains listed on our BBB report. Our competitors only seem to have one. Why is this when some of them have at least 20. These domains are easy to hide from the bbb.  Note:  We are starting to report the competitors dba names to the BBB as you provide them to us.
